Home Staging
Professional home staging prepares homes to "sell," not just to show. By focusing on the styles and preferences of today's buyers, our staged homes consistently sell quicker and for more money. Recycling client's existing furnishings, makes staging affordable for any budget. Affordable prices and buyer-oriented designs, set the stage to attract buyers. "90% of today's home buyers shop online first," *
To target home buyers, we provide professional-looking photos for clients to post online. Appealing photographs of beautifully staged rooms, complete the home staging process.

Redesign
Redesign builds on what clients already have, adding organized and functional floor plans, modern colors and distinctive accessories to achieve the look clients desire.
As an example.. the coffee table in this photo was too large for the owners to walk easily around. Borrowing a slim coffee table from another room, we created more space for traffic flow and made the room appear more spacious. Replacing the big club chair with a petite rounded chair, transformed a cramped corner into a cozy reading nook.
Swapping out the low dark console on the back wall, with a tall light armoire added visual height and much needed storage for the family to stash games and movies.
Keeping with the client's warm color palette, we added interest through pattern and color in the contrasting accent pillows, rust side table and green plants.
These simple and inexpensive updates created a more functional and comfortable space, without breaking the bank.
Redesigns work best with rooms already in process.
Consultation
All of our services start with a consultation in the comfort of a client's home. Our consultant meets the client and their Realtor, to discuss their goals and budget. Viewing a home or room in context, provides the consultant with vital first impressions. After walking through the home, she provides recommendations appropriate to the home and budget and a proposal for services. Extensive projects may require a written estimate, which is emailed after the consultation.Tips for Sellers:
- Relax, we know that staged homes are not lived-in homes.
- Try to detach yourself from the house.
- Look at the home with buyer's eyes.
- Relax and enjoy the process.
